We’d rather be upfront about this than let you assume otherwise: if you’re well outside the south, travel time is a real factor we plan around, and we’ll always be honest with you about what’s realistic for your suburb before anything is locked in. Do you only cover the southern suburbs?
No. Our head office and deepest local roots are in Southern Adelaide, but we support NDIS participants right across the Adelaide metro area, from the Hills to the coast and beyond. If you’re in Southern Adelaide specifically, see our local area page for details on what we offer closer to home.
How far will you travel across Adelaide?
We regularly travel across the whole metro area. Travel time is a real factor for suburbs further from Morphett Vale, so we’ll always talk it through honestly with you before anything is confirmed, rather than promise something we can’t consistently deliver.
Does it matter who manages my NDIS plan?
Not really. Whether you’re plan-managed, self-managed, or your plan is managed directly by the NDIA, it usually doesn’t change how or where we can support you across Adelaide.
How quickly can support start?
Expect a call within 1-2 business days of sending a referral through. Because we’re coordinating across the whole Adelaide metro area, the exact start date leans on your plan and which of our support workers cover your side of town.
Can you coordinate support for a family spread across different parts of Adelaide?
Yes. It’s common for family members, or a participant and their support network, to be spread across different regions of Adelaide. We coordinate around that rather than expecting everyone to be in the one suburb.
