Work that matters – support worker jobs in Southern Adelaide
At Heartfelt Support, you’ll build real relationships with participants and work as part of a team that genuinely cares. No agency churn. Real community work.
A different kind of support work
A lot of support work feels like a revolving door – different participants each shift, no time to build relationships, and a sense that the work doesn’t add up to much. At Heartfelt Support, we deliberately do things differently.
We match workers with participants and stick with those matches. You’ll get to know the people you support – really know them. And they’ll get to know you. That’s where the real impact happens.
- Consistent worker–participant matching – you’re not just filling a shift
- A small, close-knit team – you’ll know your colleagues and leadership
- Work that includes genuinely unique programs (like equine therapy with Astro the pony)
- Based in Southern Adelaide – you’ll be working close to home
- Flexible arrangements to suit your schedule
