A supported social program for NDIS participants in Southern Adelaide
Heartfelt Happy Days is a regular group program – a chance to get out, connect with others, try new activities, and have a genuinely good time.
Community connection that actually feels good
Heartfelt Happy Days is a supported group program run by Heartfelt Support in Southern Adelaide. It’s a chance for NDIS participants to get out of the house, meet other people, and try activities they genuinely enjoy – with the right support alongside them.
Activities change throughout the year and are designed with participants in mind. Think cooking sessions, art projects, market visits, movie outings, park days, and more. No two sessions are exactly the same.
- Regular group sessions in friendly, community settings
- New activities and experiences each session
- Peer connection and a genuine sense of belonging
- Supported by Heartfelt Support workers throughout
- Fun – actually fun, not just “therapeutic activity”
A program that works for a wide range of participants
Social isolation
If getting out and meeting people has become difficult, Happy Days is a low-pressure way to start. You’ll be with others in the same situation, and there’s always friendly support around.
Building community connection
For participants who want to be more involved in community life – and want some support to get there – Happy Days is a regular anchor in the week.
A break for carers
When a family member or participant is at Happy Days, carers can take a well-earned break knowing their person is in good hands and having a good time.
Transition from school or work
For young adults stepping out of school, work, or structured programs, Happy Days provides a supportive social setting during the transition.
