We are a small, Southern Adelaide NDIS provider. We have been doing this since 2020 and we are still just as committed to getting it right for each person we support.
Why we started, and why it still matters
Heartfelt Support was founded in 2020 by Anne Drury-Godden. Anne had spent years working for larger disability support agencies and saw first-hand how the size of an organisation could work against the people it was supposed to serve. Decisions got made at a distance from participants. Consistency suffered. The relationships that actually help people never got to form properly.
So she started Heartfelt Support to do things differently. Smaller. More personal. Relationship-first.
In August 2021, the service expanded into psychosocial recovery coaching – one of the most underserved areas of NDIS support. Since then, the team has grown carefully, the service area has expanded across Southern Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula, and new programs have been added – including Astro the pony and our Heartfelt Happy Days group program.
But the founding purpose has not changed: your goals and your needs stay central to everything we do.
