Employment Services

Employment support for NDIS participants in Southern Adelaide

Whether you’re looking for paid work or thinking about starting your own business – we’ll support you every step of the way.

Finding Work

Support to find and keep a job

Finding the right job can be hard for anyone. For NDIS participants, there are often extra barriers – confidence, disclosure, interview anxiety, or simply not knowing where to start. Our employment support workers help you navigate the whole process.

  • Exploring career interests and options
  • Resume and cover letter preparation
  • Interview skills and practice
  • Support with job applications
  • Workplace disclosure and adjustment conversations
  • Support during your first weeks in a new role
  • Job coaching and ongoing check-ins
Self-Employment

Start your own business

Not everyone wants a traditional job – and that’s fine. Some participants have skills, passions, or ideas that lend themselves to self-employment. We can help you explore whether that’s the right path.

  • Exploring your business idea and whether it’s viable
  • Basic business planning and goal-setting
  • Understanding your obligations (ABN, tax, insurance basics)
  • Connecting with local business support services
  • Building a routine that supports your business and your wellbeing
Who It’s For

Employment support for a wide range of participants

Building confidence

If anxiety, low self-esteem, or past negative experiences have made employment feel out of reach, we start there – with practical support and encouragement at your pace.

Re-entering work after a break

Whether you’ve been out of the workforce due to health, disability, or life circumstances, our support workers help you bridge back in safely.

Young adults

Employment is often a key goal for young people with disability. We support school-leaver transitions, vocational exploration, and first-job navigation.

Exploring self-employment

Have a skill, hobby, or idea? We can help you explore whether running your own small business or micro-enterprise makes sense for you.
