Do you actually have an office in Morphett Vale?
Yes. Our head office is on Bains Road, right in Morphett Vale. Once we’ve had an initial conversation, you’re welcome to visit.
Can I meet my support worker before we start?
Yes, always. We think it matters, especially early on, that you feel comfortable with the person supporting you before anything is locked in.
What if my plan is managed by an agency outside Morphett Vale?
That’s fine. Where your plan manager is based doesn’t affect where or how we support you day to day.
How quickly can support start?
We usually call within 1-2 business days of a referral. How quickly support actually starts after that depends on your plan and worker availability, but we move as fast as we reasonably can.
