Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy for NDIS participants in Southern Adelaide

Practical, personalised support to help you live more independently – at home, in the community, and everywhere in between.

What We Do

Practical support for everyday life

Occupational therapy is about helping you do the things that matter to you – safely, confidently, and as independently as possible. At Heartfelt Support, our occupational therapists work alongside you to identify barriers, build skills, and find practical solutions.

Whether that’s learning to cook a meal, getting around your home safely, or accessing the community, we start with what matters to you and build from there.

  • Daily living skills – cooking, personal care, managing routines
  • Home modification assessments and recommendations
  • Assistive technology assessments and prescription
  • Functional capacity assessments
  • Sensory processing support
  • Fine motor skills development
  • Community access and participation
  • Support for transitions – school to adult life, hospital to home
