Fleurieu Peninsula

Disability support that actually shows up in the Fleurieu

NDIS disability support that travels to you across the Fleurieu – from McLaren Vale to the coast.

We Travel To You

Real support, even if you’re further out

The Fleurieu Peninsula is a bigger stretch of country than our other service areas, and we’re upfront about that. Our head office is in Morphett Vale, not on the Peninsula itself – what we offer instead is a team that regularly makes the trip out, from McLaren Vale to the wider coast, rather than treating regional participants as too hard to reach.

If you’re in a regional or rural part of the Fleurieu, you’ve probably already dealt with providers who quietly stop showing up once the drive gets inconvenient. That’s not how we operate. If we take you on, we plan for the distance from day one.

  • Regular visits across McLaren Vale and the wider Fleurieu, not a one-off exception
  • Honest about travel time when we plan your support, not after the fact
  • The same familiar support worker each visit where possible
  • Home office in Morphett Vale, with a genuine regional commitment
Who It’s For

Support that reaches you on the Fleurieu

NDIS participants living independently

Wherever your plan sits – self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed – we work out what’s realistic given your location and go from there.

Families coordinating support for a child

Regional families especially value not having to re-explain their situation every time a new worker turns up. We aim to keep continuity high.

Support coordinators referring a client

If you’re coordinating for a Fleurieu-based client, we’ll be upfront with you about scheduling and travel from the outset.

Anyone who’s had inconsistent support before

Regional and rural participants especially know what it’s like when support quietly fades out. We plan around the distance, not around excuses.

Creative programmes travel well too – our art and music therapy sessions can be arranged for Fleurieu participants, and for those closer to the core service area, it’s worth seeing what’s available on our Southern Adelaide service area page as well.

How support starts across the Fleurieu

    Send a referral

Use our short form, for yourself or someone else, and let us know roughly where on the Fleurieu you’re based.

  2. 2

Usually within 1-2 business days, to talk through goals and to plan around your location honestly from the start.

  3. 3

Common Questions

Questions about support across the Fleurieu

Do you travel to McLaren Vale and other Fleurieu addresses?

Yes. We regularly support participants across McLaren Vale and the wider Fleurieu Peninsula – it’s a genuine part of our service area, not an occasional exception.

Is Astro the Disability Support Pony available for sessions this far out?

Yes, by scheduled arrangement. Astro is based near Morphett Vale, so Fleurieu sessions are coordinated in advance rather than being a walk-in option, but they’re genuinely available.

Does my plan management type matter for regional support?

Not particularly. Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants can all generally be supported, wherever on the Fleurieu you’re based.

How quickly can support start if I’m further out?

We still aim to call within 1-2 business days of a referral. From there, scheduling accounts honestly for travel time, so it may take slightly longer to lock in a regular visit pattern than for participants closer to Morphett Vale – we’ll tell you that upfront rather than let you find out later.

Is Heartfelt Support based in the Fleurieu Peninsula?

No, we’re based in Morphett Vale and travel to the Fleurieu. If you’re closer to the core Southern Adelaide area, see our full Southern Adelaide service area for what’s available closer to home.
