Disability support and allied health services in Southern Adelaide
Everyday community support, specialist therapy programs, and overflow support for Home Care Package and CHSP providers — all built around the people we work with.

Our therapy programs are led by qualified practitioners and designed for NDIS participants who need more than general support. Each program targets specific goals — emotional regulation, physical wellbeing, creative expression, and psychosocial recovery.
Horse Wellbeing Programme
Meet Astro — our disability support pony. Our horse-centred wellbeing program uses the bond between people and horses to build confidence, calm, and self-awareness. Southern Adelaide’s only equine therapy offering.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an NDIS plan to use your services?
For most of our services, yes — you’ll need an active NDIS plan that includes the relevant support category. If you’re not yet on the NDIS, we’re happy to talk through the process with you. Our Heartfelt Assist aged care services operate separately from the NDIS.
Which NDIS support categories cover your services?
Our services span Core Supports (daily activities, community participation), Capacity Building (improved daily living, finding and keeping a job, support coordination), and Improved Living Arrangements. Your support coordinator can confirm which categories apply to your plan.
How do I get started?
The easiest way is to book a free consultation — use the button below or call 1300 522 160. We’ll have a real conversation about what you need, check what your plan covers, and take it from there. No paperwork required to have the first chat.
How quickly can you start supporting me?
We aim to onboard new participants within two to four weeks of an initial conversation, depending on current capacity. If you need support urgently, please mention that when you reach out — we’ll do our best to prioritise.
Where do you provide services?
We work across Southern Adelaide, including Morphett Vale, Hallett Cove, Christies Beach, Reynella, Noarlunga, and surrounding suburbs. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call and we’ll let you know straight away.
Can you work alongside my other providers?
Absolutely. Many of our participants work with multiple providers and we fit in comfortably alongside support coordinators, plan managers, and other services. We’re here to complement your existing support, not compete with it.
Let’s talk about your support.
No waiting rooms. No jargon. Just a real conversation about what support looks like for you.
